1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation.
You’ll receive an email notification once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number.
If we experience a high volume of orders or product availability delays, we’ll notify you immediately via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- Domestic Orders: 3–7 business days
- International Orders: 7–21 business days (depending on customs clearance and courier availability)
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, customs, or courier issues.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number.
Tracking information will be active within 24–48 hours of shipment.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Organic Himalayan Food is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, customs duties, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Damages & Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll review and, if applicable, send a replacement or issue a refund.
Organic Himalayan Food is not liable for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
6. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we ship to most regions worldwide. However, there may be certain areas we cannot deliver to due to courier or import restrictions.
If we’re unable to ship to your location, you’ll be contacted promptly for an alternative solution or full refund.
